- Your Responsibilities
- We provide yoga, pilates, movement tuition, and manual fascia release techniques among others to support your growth. Our aim is to help you live naturally pain free. Your sessions with us may involve some or all of these treatments. Carolyn has a post-graduate degree in Yoga from the British Wheel of Yoga as well as CPD qualifications in Functional Anatomy, Anatomy in Movement and Fascia Studies with qualified Teachers. She is a long-time Yoga practitioner and trained to teach Yoga & functional movement. These treatments and therapies are not licensed or regulated by a government body; they are self-regulated. We are not medical doctors or trained psychiatrists or psychologists and as such our techniques should not be considered a substitute for a doctor or trained therapist.
